1090 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1090 platform. By registering an account or using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. These terms are updated from time to time — the current effective date is shown at the bottom of this page.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1090 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The 1090 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend any account suspected of not meeting the age requirement pending verification.
Use of the platform is also subject to applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with relevant local laws.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 1090 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and email — must be accurate, complete, and updated whenever changes occur.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 1090 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login information secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact platform support immediately at [email protected].
General User Responsibilities
- Not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Not to attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Not to distribute any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform.
- Not misusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended by the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1090 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved e-wallets. The current list of available payment methods can be found in your account section after logging in.
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance shortly after the transaction is confirmed. Any delays caused by third parties — including banks or payment processors — are beyond the control of the 1090 platform.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Users must have completed the required identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the platform.
- Any wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be met before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- The platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes for a reasonable period.
1090 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank or payment account details provided by the user.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
1090 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following: fraud, multi-account usage, bonus abuse, system manipulation, use of unauthorised software, or any other breach of these terms. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, subject to the platform's final decision. Funds obtained through means that violate these terms may be forfeited.
Platform Liability Limits
1090 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, data corruption, service interruptions, or game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of winnings or specific results. Users acknowledge that betting and gaming activities carry financial risks that are borne solely by the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1090 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and domain names — is the property of the platform and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 1090 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or sports data providers. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to These Terms
1090 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1090 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
